Plumbus Ventures is a boutique development studio. We exist because the best founders need builders who understand both the technology and the problem, not agencies that ship decks and delegate to juniors.
We work with fintech companies, AI startups, data-heavy businesses, and Web3 projects. The common thread: technically complex systems where getting it wrong is expensive.
How We Work
Selective. We take on a handful of projects at a time. If we can’t do exceptional work, we pass.
Senior only. Every engineer on a project has 10+ years of experience. No account managers, no project coordinators, no overhead between you and the people writing code.
Full ownership. We don’t hand off specs. We understand the business problem, design the architecture, build it, and ship it. One team, start to finish.
Speed. Small teams move fast. We built a UAE business intelligence platform covering 471K+ companies from 12+ sources in weeks, not months. That’s not an exaggeration, it’s a case study.
Background
Our team brings deep experience across payments infrastructure, blockchain systems, AI/ML pipelines, and large-scale data engineering. We’ve built full exchange and fintech infrastructure, on/off-ramp, Web3 payments, mobile apps, serving 30+ countries, managed seed-to-Series A investment portfolios in Web3, and shipped production systems across every layer of the stack.
We write code. We know when not to.
